The Right to Return the Goods

Products purchased from the Essensa.ee online store are subject to the warranties and return policies provided by Estonian law.

Items purchased by the customer can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery .

Return conditions:

• Within 14 days of receipt of the item , the customer must complete the return form below , to inform us of your intention to return the product.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
• Unless the goods are returned due to non-conformity with the order or faulty items, the customer is responsible for the cost of return.
• The customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the returned items as soon as possible, at the earliest opportunity, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation. In addition, the customer will receive a refund of the shipping costs.
• Opened cosmetics and perfume bottles cannot be returned. Similarly, products that cannot be proven to have been used (or not used) will not be returned. This includes things like mascara, which has a short shelf life and is mainly dependent on opening time.
• If the disputed products cost more than €20, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Office for Consumer Protection, which is empowered to settle disputes arising out of a contract (complaints are heard by the Commission free of charge).
